| To honor the wonderful life of Elizabeth Toon, Elizabeth Toon Charities was established in 2007. Elizabeth, a University of Texas graduate of 2006, was tragically killed on November 5, 2006, by a hit and run driver as she crossed a street in Hollywood, California. Elizabeth was blessed with a heart so full of love that it seemed to spill over in her eyes, her face, and her beautiful smile. Elizabeth Toon Charities’ goal is to love with Elizabeth's kind of love, one that makes a difference. When others are touched by this kind of love, they know it, remember it, and are forever changed by it. ETC’s mission is to continue Elizabeth's legacy of love, faith, and caring in the lives of children and their families in need. The Charity benefits organizations that support children with terminal and chronic illnesses, as well as those with physical disabilities. |
